An all-rounded researcher with extensive experience in qualitative research gained from Hong Kong, Singapore, and China.
Barry used to work in world leading research agencies as well as client side, these include: ACNielsen in various countries, Synovate China, and Nokia Asia Pacific. Barry left the world of global research agencies where he last held the position of Research Director and Head of Qualitative for Synovate China.

William has more than 15 years of experience in market research, in both agency (AC Nielsen and Millward Brown) and client side (Pepsi Beverages).
In agencies, he helped many blue-chip clients in designing and executing market research studies and provided them with actionable recommendations with in-depth understanding of customer insights. He has established strong expertise in FMCG, Retail and Consumer Finance sector, across Asia Pacific region.

Margaret began her research career with ACNielsen in 1999. With this 10 years of industry experience, she has a sound understanding of both quantitative and qualitative field management.
In 2000, Margaret joined Mercado Solutions Associates Ltd as Operation Executive and later in 2004 she was promoted to Assistant Operation Manager. Since then she has coordinated all qualitative and quantitative fieldwork and logistics for all internal research projects, both in Hong Kong and internationally.
Her last position was Senior Consultant at KO Recruitment Services in which she was given additional responsibilities in identifying market research needs and providing consultation services to key clients. On top of that, Margaret has also taken on the responsibilities to actively explore new markets and business opportunities for the Company.
Throughout her career in market research, Margaret has spearheaded large-scale quantitative and qualitative research projects including those in Food & Beverage, Banking & Finance, Automobiles, Government Services, Entertainment, Cosmetics, Telecommunications, etc.
